These pumps are used by many compressor suppliers and assemblers in UK, if you need service parts or spares email us a picture of the pump, compressor and data plate
Using original service kits and original spare parts will keep your compressor running well during the life of the machine. Typically a piston compressor should be serviced according to your manual, but at least, yearly or every 300 hours. a typical service would change the lubricant, Air filter, inspect and/or replace the valve plate and relevant gaskets, tighten the head bolts, and every 2 years you should inspect/replace the piston rings.

Spares and Accessories
Maintaining and regularly servicing your compressor will keep your product running well and extended the machine’s life. We would always recommended referring to the manufacturer’s manual for the regularity of such a service, though this should be at least yearly, or or 300 hours.
A typical regular service would include changing the lubricant, air filter, inspecting (and possibly) replacing the air filter along with relevant gaskets, tightening the bolt head, along with every 2 years a regular inspection of the piston rings.
